The location of this place is beautiful, it's close to the town centre; the personnel here are outstandingly accommodating, making you feel welcome; and the continental breakfast is superb, my favourite part.

This place is located very close to the esplanade and offers beautiful old buildings and rooms with original features like cast iron baths, overlooking the highlands.

Every detail of this charming old and excellent property was spotless. The rooms were impeccably clean and huge and with a good view as well as fabulous facilities. The breakfast was splendid and excellent, the location was magnificent. Enjoyed the location on the waterfront.

The location was beautiful, not too far from Rothesay Bay.
